ZC999 Terms and Conditions – Pakistan Platform Rules

ZC999 is strictly an adults-only platform. You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account, make any deposit or participate in any game or betting activity on ZC999. This requirement applies without exception to all users accessing the platform from Pakistan or anywhere else.

By registering, you confirm and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older. ZC999 reserves the right to request age verification documents at any point — including a copy of a valid CNIC, passport or other government-issued identification. If age verification cannot be completed or if it reveals that a user is under 18, the account will be immediately suspended and any deposits held pending investigation. ZC999 will not return winnings generated by underage accounts.

You must also confirm that you are accessing ZC999 from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited under the laws applicable to you personally. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of ZC999 complies with the laws of your jurisdiction. ZC999 does not provide legal advice on this matter.

Each person may hold only one ZC999 account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under your own name or different identities — is a serious breach of these Terms and Conditions and will result in immediate suspension of all related accounts, forfeiture of all balances and a permanent ban from the ZC999 platform. This rule is strictly enforced through automated detection and manual review processes.

You are required to provide accurate and complete information during registration, including your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, your valid Pakistani mobile number and a current email address. Any false, misleading or outdated information provided during registration or subsequently is a breach of these terms.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ZC999 login credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. ZC999 will never ask for your password through email, live chat or any other channel. Any actions taken on your account — including bets placed and withdrawals processed — are your responsibility. ZC999 accepts deposits exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are supported for deposits: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards issued by Pakistani banks. Third-party payment methods — those belonging to someone other than the registered account holder — are strictly prohibited. Deposits made from third-party accounts will be refunded and the account flagged for review.

The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500. There is no maximum single deposit limit for standard accounts, though ZC999 may apply enhanced due diligence procedures for deposits above certain thresholds. Deposits are processed and credited to your ZC999 wallet almost instantly after confirmation from the payment provider. ZC999 does not charge a fee on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, which are your responsibility.

ZC999 is not responsible for delays caused by a payment provider's processing systems, banking maintenance windows or connectivity issues on the depositor's end. If a deposit does not appear in your ZC999 wallet within 30 minutes of a confirmed transaction, contact our support team with the transaction reference for investigation.

Withdrawals at ZC999 are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible. Withdrawals to Easypaisa and JazzCash are typically processed within five minutes of the request being submitted during normal operating hours. IBFT bank transfers to Pakistani bank accounts are processed within one to two business hours. Visa/Mastercard withdrawals may take one to three business days depending on the issuing bank.

Before processing a first withdrawal — or any withdrawal above a defined threshold — ZC999 may require identity verification (KYC). This involves submitting a copy of your CNIC and a selfie for identity matching. This process exists to protect your account and to comply with standard financial due diligence requirements. Failure to complete KYC when requested will result in withdrawal requests being held pending completion.

Withdrawal requests cannot be reversed once submitted and approved. Minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. ZC999 does not charge a withdrawal processing fee. Any fees charged by your payment provider or bank are outside ZC999's control and are your responsibility. Withdrawals will only be processed to accounts and payment instruments registered under the same identity as the ZC999 account.

ZC999 offers bonuses and promotional offers from time to time, including but not limited to welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free bet credits and VIP tier rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be communicated at the time of the offer. Where there is any conflict between the general terms on this page and the specific terms of a bonus offer, the specific bonus terms take precedence.

Most deposit bonuses at ZC999 are subject to a wagering requirement — a multiplier that specifies how many times the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be staked before any portion of the bonus or associated winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements and eligible games will be clearly stated for each individual offer. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements — live casino games may contribute a different percentage than slots, for example.

ZC999 operates a strict one-bonus-per-offer policy. Claiming the same promotional offer multiple times — including through the use of multiple accounts, different payment methods or other means — constitutes bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and any associated winnings, account suspension and a permanent ban. ZC999 monitors bonus usage patterns using automated systems and the decisions of ZC999's compliance team in these matters are final.

ZC999 hosts a variety of games and betting products including live casino, Teen Patti, Andar Bahar, Baccarat, jackpot slots, card games and cricket betting. Each game category is subject to its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. It is your responsibility to understand the rules of any game before wagering real money.

All live dealer game outcomes at ZC999 are determined by physical cards dealt by a live dealer in a professional studio setting. This process is captured on HD video and streamed in real time to all connected players. ZC999 has no ability to alter the outcome of any live dealer game once the dealing has commenced. Automated game outcomes (including slots) are determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG). In the event of a technical disruption during a live game — including disconnection, server failure or studio technical fault — ZC999 will void and fully refund the affected bet. Winnings from completed rounds settled before the disruption stand.

Cricket betting and other sports betting markets at ZC999 are settled based on official match results from the relevant governing body. ZC999 reserves the right to void any bet on a match that is cancelled, abandoned or whose result cannot be officially confirmed. In-play bets that were accepted after a market-closing event (such as a wicket falling moments before the bet was registered) may be voided at ZC999's discretion.

ZC999 is committed to maintaining a fair and secure gaming environment for all members. The following activities are expressly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances and a permanent platform ban:

  Attempting to launder money or use ZC999 for any financial transaction not related to genuine gaming activity.

  Providing false identity information or using another person's identity or payment instruments.

  Threatening, harassing or abusing ZC999 staff or other players through any communication channel.

ZC999 reserves the right to withhold withdrawals pending investigation where prohibited conduct is suspected. The findings of ZC999's investigation team in such matters are final.

ZC999 is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all Pakistani members. The platform provides tools including deposit limits (daily, weekly and monthly), session time reminders, cooling-off periods and self-exclusion options. These tools are available in account settings and take effect immediately upon activation. Self-exclusion once activated cannot be reversed during the selected exclusion period — even upon request.

ZC999 uses automated monitoring to identify patterns of play that may indicate problem gambling. Where such patterns are identified, ZC999 may contact the account holder proactively, apply temporary limits to the account or refer the user to external support resources. These interventions are made in the interest of player welfare and are not punitive.

ZC999 does not sell your personal data to third parties and does not share it with external parties except where required for payment processing, identity verification or where compelled by law.

All data transmitted between your device and ZC999's servers is encrypted using 256-bit SSL technology. Your personal data is stored securely on servers with restricted access controls. ZC999's full data handling policies are set out in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions. By agreeing to these Terms, you also agree to the Privacy Policy.

ZC999 provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While ZC999 makes every reasonable effort to ensure continuous platform availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform at all times. Scheduled and emergency maintenance windows may temporarily restrict access to some or all services. ZC999 will make reasonable efforts to communicate planned maintenance in advance.

ZC999 shall not be liable for losses arising from events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to internet connectivity issues on the user's end, mobile network failures, power outages, actions of third-party payment providers or force majeure events. ZC999's liability to any individual user is limited to the amount of real money funds currently held in that user's ZC999 wallet at the time the claim arises.

Nothing in these Terms limits ZC999's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

ZC999 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time without prior notice where there is reasonable suspicion of a breach of these Terms and Conditions, fraudulent activity, identity fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, use of prohibited software or any other conduct that ZC999 determines to be harmful to the platform or its members.

Where an account is suspended for investigation, any pending withdrawals will be placed on hold until the investigation is complete. If the investigation finds no evidence of wrongdoing, the account will be reinstated and any held withdrawals processed promptly. If a breach is confirmed, funds may be forfeited in whole or in part depending on the nature of the breach.

You may close your ZC999 account voluntarily at any time by contacting support. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real money balance will be returned to your registered payment method after standard KYC checks are completed. Bonus balances are forfeited upon account closure.

ZC999 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they affect user rights or obligations in a significant way — ZC999 will notify registered users via email and/or an in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect.

Continued use of the ZC999 platform after updated Terms have taken effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you should stop using ZC999 and close your account before the effective date of the changes. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for updates — the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect when the most recent change was made.
